No person shall conduct any public bowling alley, shooting gallery or skating rink without first procuring an annual license therefor.

The Board of Trustees by resolution shall adopt and from time to time may amend a schedule of fees payable by an applicant for a license to operate a bowling alley, shooting gallery or skating rink or a renewal thereof.
It shall be unlawful to keep any premises licensed hereunder open for business at any time on Sunday or between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 8:00 a.m. on any other day, but a bowling alley may be kept open for business at any time, provided that in so doing the peace and quiet of the neighborhood is not disturbed.
