§ 92-1 Hours businesses to be closed.

It shall be unlawful for any retail business establishment, except those businesses as set forth in § 92-2 hereof, to operate and remain open to the public between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.

§ 92-2 Excepted businesses.

This chapter shall not apply to restaurants, ice cream parlors, bars and grills, billiard parlors, gasoline stations, fishing stations and drugstores.
