§ 202-1 Establishment of requirements; noncompliance.

The Town Board is hereby authorized to establish, by resolution, from time to time, minimum requirements relating to training and meeting attendance for members of the Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals. Noncompliance with such requirements shall be grounds for removal. Nothing herein shall limit any other cause which may be grounds for removal.

§ 202-2 Conflict with other provisions.

The provisions of this chapter are determined to be consistent with the New York State Town Law. In regard to the training requirements set forth in the New York State Town Law, Article 16, specifically for members of the Zoning Board of Appeals as set forth in New York State Town Law, § 267, Subdivision 7-a, and any amendments from time to time thereof and for members of the Planning Board as set forth in New York State Town Law § 271, Subdivision 7-a, and any amendments from time to time thereof, the Town of Webster adopts the training and attendance requirements therein.

§ 202-3 When effective.

This chapter shall take effect immediately upon the appropriate filings as required by law.
