The provisions describing and defining regulations
with respect to all-terrain vehicles in § 23.33, Wis. Stats.,
as amended from time to time, are adopted and made part of this section
by reference. Acts required to be performed or prohibited by such
statutes are required or prohibited by this chapter.
Except as provided in § 23.33, Wis.
Stats., no person shall operate an all-terrain vehicle upon any public
right-of-way in any public park, golf course, public walking trail
or any public municipal property in the Village.
