Village of Theresa, WI Annexations

In accordance with § 66.021(12), Wis. Stats.,[1] and the petition for direct annexation filed with the Village Clerk-Treasurer by John D. Burns and Ruth M. Burns, the sole owners of the property to be annexed, the following described territory in the Town of Theresa, Dodge County, Wisconsin, is annexed to the Village of Theresa:

A part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 10, T12N, R17E, Town of Theresa, Dodge County, Wisconsin.

Said property is shown on the map on file with the Clerk-Treasurer marked Exhibit "A." There are no electors residing in said territory.

Effect of the annexation. From and after the date of this section the territory described in Subsection A shall be a part of the Village of Theresa for any and all purposes provided by law, and all persons coming or residing within such territory shall be subject to all ordinances, rules and regulations governing the Village of Theresa.

Zoning and classification. The territory annexed to the Village of Theresa shall be zoned residential.

Approvals. This section is passed subsequent to the Village of Theresa receiving approval of said annexation from the Department of Development[2] as required by § 66.021(11), Wis. Stats.,[3] and after due notice having been given to the Town of Theresa in regards to said annexation.

§ A355-2 Annexation: September 9, 1991.

Purpose.

The Village Board of the Village of Theresa on October 2, 1989, passed an annexation ordinance; and

There was contained in said annexation ordinance an error in the description of the property to be annexed; and

Said prior ordinance was recorded in the Office of the Dodge County Register of Deeds in Volume 715 of Records at Page 386 as Document No. 744573.

Therefore, the Village Board of the Village of Theresa, Dodge County, Wisconsin, to correct the previous ordinance passed, does ordain as follows in this section.

Territory annexed.

In accordance with § 66.021(12), Wis. Stats.,[1] and the petition for direct annexation filed with the Village Clerk-Treasurer by Paul O. Koll and Evangeline E. Koll, husband and wife, sole owners of the property to be annexed, the following described territory in the Town of Theresa, Dodge County, Wisconsin, is annexed to the Village of Theresa:

	A parcel of land lying in the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 15 T12N, R17E, Dodge County, Wisconsin, described as follows:
	Commencing at the North 1/4 corner of said Section 15; then S 1º 50' 00" W along the North-South 1/4 line of Section 15, 934.48 feet to the point of real beginning; then continuing S 1º 50' 00" W, 377.58 feet to the center line of West Bend Road; then N 88º 32' 00" E along said center line, 126.82 feet; then N 20º 20' 30" W 399.08 feet to the point of real beginning.
	Said parcel contains 0.549 acre.

Effect of annexation. From and after the date of this section, the territory described in Subsection B shall be a part of the Village of Theresa for any and all purposes provided by law, and all persons coming or residing within such territory shall be subject to all ordinances, rules and regulations governing the Village of Theresa.

Zoning and classification. The territory annexed to the Village of Theresa shall be zoned R-2 Residential.

§ A355-3 Annexation: November 7, 1994.

Property annexed.

In accordance with § 66.021(12), Wis. Stats.,[1] and the petition for direct annexation filed with the Village Clerk-Treasurer by Andrew E. Schnitzler, Sr., Andrew M. Schnitzler, Jr., and Karen T. Schnitzler, sole owners of the property to be annexed, the following described property in the Town of Theresa, Dodge County, Wisconsin, is annexed to the Village of Theresa:

	A part of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 10, T12N, R17E, Town of Theresa, Dodge County, Wisconsin. The parcel is more particularly described as follows:
	Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 10-12-17; thence S88 13' 37" East, along the North line of said Section, 856 feet; thence S00 35' 46" West, along the Easterly line of Volume 801, Page 08 of Deeds, 928 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continuing along said Easterly line, S12 41' 48" West, 1612.75 feet; thence N88 36' 49" West, 517.79 feet to the West line of said Section 10; thence S00 35' 46" West, along said line 158 feet more or less to the West 1/4 corner of said Section 10; thence N88 38' 52" East along the Southerly line of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 10, 982.29 feet to the Westerly line of Certified Survey Map Number 2919 as recorded in Volume 17 on Pages 106 and 107 of surveys; thence N02 04' 21" West along said Westerly line and an extension thereof, 1697.88 feet; thence S88 38' 52" West, 54.90 feet to the point of beginning.
	The parcel contains 544,228 square feet or 12.4938 total acres, more or less.

§ A355-4 Annexation: November 7, 1994.

Property annexed.

In accordance with § 66.025, Wis. Stats.,[1] the Village of Theresa annexes the following described real estate from the Town of Theresa, Dodge County, Wisconsin, to the Village of Theresa, Dodge County, Wisconsin:

Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map No. 3334, being a part of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 and part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 16, T12N, R17E, Town of Theresa, Dodge County, Wisconsin, as recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for said County in volume 20 of Surveys at Page 7.

The Village of Theresa is the owner of the property. The property is annexed in accordance with § 66.025, Wis. Stats.[2]

Zoning and classification. Pursuant to the Zoning Code of the Village of Theresa, the Village Board designates that the property annexed shall be classified as industrial zoning.

§ A355-5 Annexation: June 3, 1996.

Territory annexed.

	A survey of unplatted lands being part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4, Section 15, T12N, R17E, Town of Theresa, Dodge County, Wisconsin, being more particularly described as follows:
	Commencing at the North 1/4 corner of said Section 15, T12N, R17E; thence S00 19' 46" along the North-South 1/4 line of said Section 15, 522.28 feet to the point of real beginning of lands to be described; thence N88 54' 35" East, 59.10 feet; thence S01 32' 17" East, 28.61 feet; thence S88 52' 28" East, 124.51 feet; thence S19 00' 40" East, 799.29 feet to the South line of said Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 and the center line of West Bend Road; thence N89 59' 52" West along said South line and said center line, 314.77 feet to the Southeast corner of lands described in Volume 800 on Page 856 in the Dodge County Register of Deeds Office; thence N18 53' 40" West along the Easterly line of said lands 393.95 feet to said North-South 1/4 line; thence N00 19' 46" West along said North-South 1/4 line, 412.88 feet to the point of real beginning.
	Said parcel contains 214,500 square feet, 4.924 acres, more or less.

Stats.,[1] and the petition for direct annexation filed with the Village Clerk-Treasurer by the Village of Theresa, in care of the Village Clerk-Treasurer, sole owner of the property to be annexed, the following described territory in the Town of Theresa, Dodge County, Wisconsin, is annexed to the Village of Theresa:

A survey being part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 16, T12N, R17E, Town of Theresa, Dodge County, Wisconsin, and more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 16; thence North along the East line of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 16, 659.04 feet; thence West, 93 feet; thence North 60 13' 42" West, 671.03 feet to the center line of McArthur Road; thence North 43 27' 36" East along the center line of McArthur Road, 361.67 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 1, Certified Survey Map Number 3334, recorded in Volume 20, Page 7, Dodge County Register of Deeds Office; thence East along the South line of Lot 1, said Certified Survey Map Number 3334, 426.69 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 1, said Certified Survey Map Number 3334; thence South along the East line of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 16, 595.72 feet to the point of beginning and containing 6.26 acres (272,694 square feet) of land, more or less.

§ A355-7 Annexation: August 2, 1999.

Territory annexed. In accordance with § 66.021, Wis. Stats.,[1] and the petition for direct annexation filed with the Village Clerk-Treasurer on the 22nd day of June 1999, signed by a number of electors residing in the territory equal to at least the majority of votes cast for Governor in the territory at the last gubernatorial election and the owners of at least 1/2 of the land in area in the territory, the following described territory in the Town of Theresa, Dodge County, Wisconsin, is annexed to the Village of Theresa, Wisconsin:

The South 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and all of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 excepting therefrom Lot 1 of Certified Survey as recorded in Volume 4 of Certified Surveys on page 236 in the Dodge County Register of Deeds Office, said lands all being located in Section 15, T12N, R17E, Town of Theresa, Dodge County, Wisconsin.

Zoning classification. Upon recommendation of the Plan Commission, the territory annexed to the Village of Theresa by this section is zoned as follows, pursuant to § 66.021(7)(a), Wis. Stats.:[2]R-2 (Two-Family Residential District).

§ A355-8 Annexation: December 6, 1999.

Territory annexed.

In accordance with § 66.021(12), Wis. Stats,[1] and the petition for direct annexation filed with the Village Clerk-Treasurer by the owners, Andrew M. Schnitzler and Karen T. Schnitzler, sole owners of the property to be annexed, the following described territory in the Town of Theresa, Dodge County, Wisconsin, is annexed to the Village of Theresa:

Part of Lot 2, C.S.M. No. 662, being part of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4, Section 16, T12N R17E, Town of Theresa, Dodge County, Wisconsin, a part of Parcel #042-1217-1614-005, consisting of 19.79 acres.

Stats., and the petition for detachment filed with the Village Clerk-Treasurer by the owners, Richard J Steger and Diane M Steger, sole owners of the property to be detached, the following described territory in the Village of Theresa, Dodge County, Wisconsin, is detached to the Town of Theresa:
