The provisions of § 136 of the General
Municipal Law of the State of New York relating to regulation of automobile
junkyards are hereby determined to be applicable to the Village of
Alexandria Bay and are hereby enacted as this chapter of the Code
of the Village of Alexandria Bay.

Any applicant for a license, in addition to
the license fee of $250, shall pay the cost of advertising the application,
and the license granted shall be conditional upon the payment of the
same.

Any violation of this chapter or of § 136
of the General Municipal Law is hereby declared to be a violation
and shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $100 per week for
each week the violation continues.
