Streets and sidewalks — See Ch. 161.
The attached list of premises shall be the only locations upon which structures protruding in the roadway, commonly referred to as "basketball hoops," shall be allowed as of June 12, 1996.[1]

Any further use of the streets for basketball at locations other than those attached hereto is forbidden in the Township of Rochelle Park. Should title to any of the premises set forth on the attached list be transferred, then in that event, the right to the use of said basketball hoops shall cease.
Except for the seasonal removal of the basketball hoops, should any of the basketball hoops, as set forth in the attached list, be damaged, destroyed or removed, the Township of Rochelle Park hereby prohibits the reinstallation or re-erection of said hoops at that location.
It is the intent of the Township of Rochelle Park to prohibit the further proliferation of basketball hoops which use, as part of their playing surfaces, the roadways of Rochelle Park.
No owner of premises shall be allowed to construct, remove or in any way alter the area of the premises located between the sidewalk and the curb without first obtaining a permit from the Township Construction Code Department.
