It shall be unlawful for any person to park
or leave standing any vehicle on lands of another, whether publicly
or privately owned in the Township of Rochelle Park, after notice
has been posted as hereinafter provided by the owner, occupant, lessee
or licensee prohibiting such parking. Nothing herein contained shall
apply to any lands lying within the bounds of any public street or
highway. Parking shall be prohibited in the following specific locations
as follows:
A.
Midland School parking lot. Parking is hereby restricted
in the Midland School parking lot to staff members only between the
hours of 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. All vehicles
double-parked in said lot during said hours, in addition to the above,
shall be considered as illegally parked.
B.
William Street Parking Lot. No parking shall be permitted
in the area adjacent to the school grounds on William Street during
the following times:

(1)
Between
the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, when school
is in session. During these hours, this area shall be for the exclusive
use of parents and for the purpose of discharging and picking up children
and for school purposes and Board-approved activities;
(2)
Between
the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Monday through Sunday; and
(3)
At
anytime during which snow is falling, regardless of accumulation.
This prohibition shall remain in effect until after the snowfall has
ceased and the snow has been cleared form the parking area.
C.
Midland Street parking area. During business hours,
which are defined as Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00
a.m. and 6:00 p.m., the west side of Midland Street shall be for the
exclusive use of Nalbandian Associates, its representatives, employees,
customers, clients and patrons as well as those of its tenants. All
other vehicles parked in this area during these times shall be considered
illegally parked.

D.
Rochelle
Park Medical Center parking area. This parking area shall be for the
exclusive use of Medical Center staff and patients. All other vehicles
parked in this area shall be considered illegally parked.

Suitable signs not less than 18 inches by 24
inches bearing the words NO PARKING, together with any qualifications
or restrictions of such parking, if any, and conspicuously displayed,
shall be posted on said land by the owner, occupant, lessee or licensee
thereof where this chapter is effective. Defacing, tampering with
or damaging such signs when posted shall constitute a violation of
this chapter.
