The Village of Fultonville park and playground located at the intersection of Union Street and Franklin Street in the Village of Fultonville, New York, shall be open to the public May 1 through August 31 from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and September 1 through April 30 from 9:00 a.m. to dusk.
No motorized vehicles, except authorized vehicles used for official business, including but not limited to cars, trucks, motorcycles, mopeds, snowmobiles, all-terrain vehicles, dune buggies and motor homes shall be allowed in the park and playground at any time.
Visitors to the park must abide by all park rules posted at the Village parks.
Visitors to the park must abide by all New York State and Village codes.
The Village of Fultonville has a "no tolerance" policy where the possession, sale, or use of drugs, tobacco, and alcohol are concerned. The use of drugs, alcohol, and tobacco products, including vaping, is prohibited on Village property.
Public nudity is prohibited on all Village properties as covered in Village Code Chapter 37.
No visitor to the park may use the park for private use.
The Village parks may be closed at the discretion of the Mayor for violations of New York State and/or Village code.
Any person violating the provisions of this chapter will be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, depending on court decision and/or New York State law, shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $250 or imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both such fine and imprisonment. Each day's continuation of the offense shall be considered a separate offense.
