City of Lackawanna, NY Chapter 90 Business Improvement Districts

§ 90-1 Election to adopt the provisions of § 980-b of the General Municipal Law.

Pursuant to the provisions of § 980-b of the General Municipal Law, Article 19-A of the General Municipal Law, entitled "City Business Improvement District Law," is hereby adopted and made applicable to the establishment or extension of City business improvement districts within the City of Lackawanna.

§ 90-2 Applicability of Article 19-A of the General Municipal Law.

All provisions of Article 19-A of the General Municipal Law, as now existing or as hereafter amended, shall apply to the establishment of City business improvement districts, or to the extension of any such districts.
