It shall be unlawful for any juvenile under
the age of 18 to be on any public street or public place within the
Township between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., from October
25 through November 2, annually, unless the juvenile is accompanied
by a parent, guardian, or other person having legal custody or unless
the juvenile is engaged in errands for medical emergencies or is attending
extracurricular school activities, activities sponsored by religious
or community-based organizations, and other cultural, educational
and social events after 10:00 p.m. and before 6:00 a.m.

Trick or Treat night will be observed on the
date Halloween is traditionally observed, October 31. Trick or Treat
night will end at 8:00 p.m.
A.Â
Any juvenile under the age of 18 violating or failing
to comply with the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction
thereof, be required to perform community service and be subject to
a fine of up to $1,000 in the discretion of the court.
B.Â
Any parent, guardian, or legal custodian of the juvenile
allowing an unaccompanied juvenile to violate the provisions of this
chapter shall be required to perform community service together with
said juvenile as determined by the court.
