No person shall, in any manner, cause, raise,
create or continue, or aid in causing, raising, creating or extending
and continuing, a false alarm of fire.

Any person who violates any of the provisions
of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine
not exceeding $500 or imprisonment for a period not exceeding 90 days,
or both.
