It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or
corporation to place, dump or shovel snow on the public roads or streets
in Butler Township.

Any person, firm or corporation violating the
provisions of this article, upon conviction thereof before a District
Justice, shall be subject to a fine of not less than $100 nor more
than $600 and costs of prosecution and, in default of payment of such
fine and costs, shall be subject to imprisonment in the county jail
for not more than 30 days.
