There is established an authority of the City
of Easton known as the Easton Suburban Water Authority.
This Authority is established for the purpose
of consulting, conducting and supervising the construction, operation,
business and affairs of the City of Easton's waterworks.
Said lease between the City of Easton and the
Easton Suburban Water Authority was approved on January 1, 2007, and
expires on January 1, 2032.
