The Council of the Borough of Millersville is
hereby authorized to appoint annually, by resolution, before the commencement
of a fiscal year, a certified public accountant, a firm of certified
public accountants, a competent independent public accountant or a
firm of independent public accountants as auditor for the Borough
of Millersville.
