Editor's Note: This ordinance also repealed former Art. II,
Police Pension Fund, adopted 10-13-1998 by Ord. No. 1998-5, as amended.
The Borough Council established the Borough of Millersville
Police Pension Plan which is established under and shall be administered
in accordance with the provisions of Act 600, Act of May 29, 1956,
P.L. (1955) 804, No. 600, as amended, 53 P.S. § 767 et seq.
The Police Pension Plan is hereby restated as containing and being
fully set forth in the following documents:
A.
The Municipal Retirement Trust Master Plan and Trust, Chapter I,
Administrative Provisions.
B.
The Municipal Retirement Trust Master Plan and Trust, Chapter II,
Defined Benefit Pension Plan Joinder Agreement (Subject to Act 600)
for the Borough of Millersville Police Pension Plan dated March 27,
2023, effective March 1, 2023.
