The Borough Council established the Borough of Millersville
Nonuniformed Employee Pension Plan, which became effective January
1, 1973. The Nonuniformed Employee Pension Plan is hereby restated
as containing and being fully set forth in the following documents:

Provisions.

The Municipal Retirement Trust Master Plan and Trust Chapter III,
Defined Benefit Pension Plan Joinder Agreement (Other than Act 600)
for the Borough of Millersville Nonuniformed Employee Pension Plan,
dated November 24, 2020, effective January 1, 2020.
