The Rockland County Legislature hereby mandates that the rules and regulations that are set forth in Schedule A,[1] which is annexed to this resolution and made a part hereof, must be adhered to by any and all animal control or care organizations who receive funds from the County and/or use County facilities.

In order to become eligible to receive County funds and/or use County facilities, animal control or care organizations must comply with the rules and regulations set forth in Schedule A.
Upon the failure of any animal control or care organization who receives funds from the County and/or uses County facilities to comply with the rules and regulations set forth in Schedule A, the County of Rockland may terminate any benefits that the organization had been receiving from the County, including funding and the use of County facilities.
