§ 66-1 Adoption of State Code.

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 9 of Act 230 of the Michigan Public Acts of 1972, as amended, the Building Inspector and Code Official of the City of Grand Ledge is hereby designated as the enforcing agency to discharge the responsibilities of the City under said Act 230 of the Public Acts of 1972, as amended. The City of Grand Ledge hereby assumes responsibility for the administration and enforcement of said Act throughout its corporation limits.

§ 66-2 Adoption of Electrical Code.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Michigan Electrical Code, in accordance with Section 9 of 1972 P.A. 230, as amended, the Electrical Inspector of the City of Grand Ledge is hereby designated as the enforcing agency to discharge the responsibility of the City under 1972 P.A. 230, as amended. The City of Grand Ledge assumes responsibility for the administration and enforcement of said Electrical Code throughout its corporate limits.

§ 66-3 Adoption of Mechanical Code.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Michigan Mechanical Code, in accordance with Section 9 of 1972 P.A. 230, as amended, the Mechanical Inspector of the City of Grand Ledge is hereby designated as the enforcing agency to discharge the responsibility of the City under 1972 P.A. 230, as amended. The City of Grand Ledge assumes responsibility for the administration and enforcement of said Mechanical Code throughout its corporate limits.

§ 66-4 Adoption of Plumbing Code.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Michigan Plumbing Code, in accordance with Section 9 of 1972 P.A. 230, as amended, the Plumbing Inspector of the City of Grand Ledge is hereby designated as the enforcing agency to discharge the responsibility of the City under 1972 P.A. 230, as amended. The City of Grand Ledge assumes responsibility for the administration and enforcement of said Plumbing Code throughout its corporate limits.
