In all cases of complaints for a violation of any ordinance of the Town,
or a violation of any statute of the State of Rhode Island, all fines, fees,
forfeitures and witness, complaint or warrant fees shall be made payable to
the General Fund of the Town of Glocester, unless otherwise provided by law.
