A.
No person
shall park or cause to be parked any motor vehicle or other vehicle
on the following portions of the following locations:

B.
Any vehicle
parked in violation of this section shall be towed upon the order
of the Police Department and will be released to its owner only upon
payment of the applicable towing charges.
A.
There shall
be no overnight parking on Town-owned property unless permission is
obtained from the Town Council.
B.
Any vehicle
parked in violation of this section may be towed and/or shall incur
a fine of $50 for the first offense, $100 for the second offense,
$500 for the third offense and daily for each day thereafter.
C.
Any vehicle
parked in violation of this section may be towed upon the order of
the Police Department and will be released to its owner only upon
payment of the applicable towing charges.
