The Table of Use Regulations is included at the end of this chapter. The provisions of this Table notwithstanding, the uses permitted in a conservation development in any zoning district where permitted shall be governed by the provisions of Article XII of this chapter.

Asphalt manufacture or refining
|
|
Cement, lime or gypsum manufacture
|
|
Creosote manufacture or treatment

Chlorine manufacture

|
Horse and dog tracks
|
|
Massage parlors
|
|
Above- and below-ground storage of industrial
waste and by-products
|
|
All other uses which are obnoxious by reason
of the emission of odors, gases, dust, noise or vibration, water pollution
or by reason of danger of health, fire or explosion

Any use not specifically listed or otherwise
permitted or allowed by special use permit in a district
|
