Warren County, VA Chapter 90 Fees

Article I Fee Schedules

[Fee schedules for various county services are on file in the office of the County Administrator, where they are available for inspection during regular office hours.]

Article II Health Department Fees

[Adopted 10-20-1986]

§ 90-1 Fees required; payment.

A. Applications to the Warren County Health Department for septic permits, septic permit renewals, subdivision evaluations or percolation tests shall be accompanied by a fee as prescribed by a fee schedule adopted by the Warren County Board of Supervisors.[1] Such fee schedule may be amended from time to time as deemed necessary by the Board; however, no such amendment shall be adopted until it is the subject of an advertised public hearing held by the Board of Supervisors.

B. No such permits, permit renewals or evaluations shall be issued or performed until the prescribed fees shall have been paid.

C. All fees shall be paid to the Warren County Health Department.
