The provisions of § 66.0433, Wis. Stats., are hereby adopted and made a part of this chapter by reference as if fully set forth herein.
The fee for a nonintoxicating beverage license shall be as set by the Common Council.[1]

The regulations regarding the location of licensed premises, the conduct thereof, and the revocation of any such license governing Class "B" fermented malt beverage licenses and licensees shall apply to premises, licenses and licensees hereunder.[1]

In addition to the suspension or revocation of any license or permit issued under this chapter, any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a penalty as provided in Chapter 1, § 1-4 of this Municipal Code.
