[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Board of the
Town of Cedarburg 1-2-1991 as Title 2, Ch. 1 of the 1991 Code. Amendments noted where
applicable.]
A.
Legal status. The Town of Cedarburg is a body corporate
and politic, with those powers granted by law. The Town shall be designated
in all actions and proceedings by its name, as the Town of Cedarburg.
The Town Meeting having, by resolution, directed
the Town Board to exercise all powers relating to villages and conferred
on village boards by Ch. 61, Wis. Stats., the Town shall have said
powers through its Board.
A.
Pursuant to the provisions of § 6.27, Wis.
Stats., the Town of Cedarburg elects that registration shall be required
for all primaries and elections in the Town of Cedarburg.
B.
The Town Clerk of the Town of Cedarburg shall forthwith
certify this action to the County Clerk and to the Secretary of State.

The polling place for Ward 1, Ward 2, Ward 3 and Ward
4 shall be the Cedarburg Town Hall, 1293 Washington Avenue, Town of
Cedarburg, or at a location as noticed by the Type D notice published
by the Municipal Clerk.

B.
The polling place for Ward 5, Ward 6, Ward 7, Ward
8, Ward 9 and Ward 10 shall be Circle "B" Recreation, located at 6261
STH 60, Town of Cedarburg, or at a location as noticed by the Type
D notice published by the Municipal Clerk.

The Town of Cedarburg shall be divided into 10 wards as follows:
(a)
Ward 1. All of Section 20; all Town lands in Section 21; all
Town lands in Section 22; all Town lands in Section 28; all Town lands
in Section 27; Town land in the NW 1/4 in Section 34.
(b)
Ward 2. All of Section 19; all of Section 29; all of Section
30; all of Section 31; a north area of Section 32 that is south of
Western Avenue and north of Stonegate Road.
(c)
Ward 3. All of Section 32 except an area south of Western Avenue
and north of Stonegate Road; all Town lands in Section 33; and all
Town lands in Section 34 except Town land in the NW 1/4 of Section
34.
(d)
Ward 4. That part of the Town of Cedarburg lying in Sections
26 and 35.
(e)
Ward 5. All Town lands in Section 15 except an area south of
the north section line of Section 15 and north of Cedar Creek; the
west half of Section 14 between the west section line of Section 14
and west of Swallow Drive from Cedar Creek Road to Cedar Creek Parkway,
west of Cedar Creek Parkway from Swallow Drive to Eastwood Lane, west
of Glenbrook Drive from Eastwood Lane to Cedar Creek Parkway, west
of Cedar Creek Parkway from Glenbrook Drive to STH 60; Section 16
east of Covered Bridge Road and west of the east section line of Section
16; and that part of the southwest 1/4 of the southwest 1/4 of Section
10 south of Cedar Creek.
(f)
Ward 6. All of Section 7 except lands north of Washington Avenue
(CTH NN) in the NE 1/4 of Section 7; all of Section 18; the area south
of Washington Avenue (CTH NN) within Section 6; the area south of
Washington Avenue (CTH NN) within Section 8; the area south of Washington
Avenue (CTH NN) within Section 9; the area in Section 17 between the
north section line of Section 17 and north of the Cedar Creek.

Ward 7. Section 6 north of Washington Avenue (CTH NN); all of
Section 5 lying west of the east property line of parcel 03-005-06-005.00,
south of the north property line of parcel 03-005-08-001.00, south
of the north property line of parcel 03-005-03-000.00 and south of
the north property line of parcel 03-005-13-002.00; lands lying north
of Washington Avenue (CTH NN) in Section 7; all of Section 8 lying
north of Washington Avenue (CTH NN); Section 9 lying north of Washington
Avenue (CTH NN) and south of Cedar Creek and west of the east lot
line of parcel 03-009-06-000.00; all of Section 10 lying south and
west of Cedar Creek except lands in the southwest 1/4 south of Cedar
Creek, all lands south of the north property line of parcel 03-010-06-001.00,
west of the east property line of parcel 03-010-06-001.00, south of
the south property lines of parcels 03-010-06-002.00 and 03-010-06-003.00,
west of the east property line of parcel 03-010-06-004.00, west of
the west property line of parcel 03-010-05-017.00, south of the north
property line of parcel 03-010-05-003.00, south of the north property
line of parcel 03-010-08-001.00, south of the south property line
of parcel 03-010-02-002.00 except the lands between CTH I and the
east section line of Section 10 and except the lands north of Kaehlers
Mill Road, east of Cedar Creek and west of Covered Bridge Road; lands
in Section 15 lying south of the north section line and north of Cedar
Creek.

Ward 8. All of Sections 2, 3 and 4; the part of Section 5 lying
south of Cedar Sauk Road, east of the west property line of parcel
03-005-05-000.00, north of the north property line of parcel 03-005-03-000.00,
north of the north property line of parcel 03-005-08-001.00 and north
of the north property line of parcel 03-005-13-002.00; the part of
Section 9 lying south of Pleasant Valley Road, east of the east property
line of parcel 03-009-06-000.00 and north of Cedar Creek; all of Section
10 lying south of Pleasant Valley Road, north and east of Cedar Creek
except all lands south of the north property line of parcel 03-010-06-001.00,
west of the east property line of parcel 03-010-06-001.00, south of
the south property lines of parcels 03-010-06-002.00 and 03-010-06-003.00,
west of the east property line of parcel 03-010-06-004.00, west of
the west property line of parcel 03-010-05-017.00, south of the north
property line of parcel 03-010-05-003.00, south of the north property
line of parcel 03-010-08-001.00, south of the south property line
of parcel 03-010-02-002.00. Also included in Section 10 are the lands
north of Kaehlers Mill Road, east of Cedar Creek and west of Covered
Bridge Road.

Ward 9. All of Section 11; all Town lands in Section 14 except
the west half of Section 14 between the west section line of Section
14 and west of Swallow Drive from Cedar Creek Road to Cedar Creek
Parkway, west of Cedar Creek Parkway from Swallow Drive to Eastwood
Lane, west of Glenbrook Drive from Eastwood Lane to Cedar Creek Parkway,
west of Cedar Creek Parkway from Glenbrook Drive to STH 60; all Town
lands in Section 23; and the lands between CTH I and the east section
line of Section 10.
(j)
Ward 10. All of Section 16 except lands east of Covered Bridge
Road and west of the east section line of Section 16; all of Section
17 except the lands north of Cedar Creek.

B.
Combining wards for elections.

Town wards shall be formed into County Supervisor
Districts as follows:
A.
District
9. Wards 7, 8 and 9 will be combined to form County Supervisor District
9 within the Town of Cedarburg.

[1]District 11. Wards 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 10 will be combined
to form County Supervisor District 11 within the Town of Cedarburg.
