Green Lake County establishes the rate of $55 per day for confined prisoners
from outside of Green Lake County.
Any additional expenses incurred by Green Lake County for holding confined
prisoners shall be charged to the arresting jurisdiction.
Moneys paid to Green Lake County for prisoners' board shall be returned
to Law Enforcement Revenue Account 44211.
This rate shall become effective immediately and shall be subject to
further review by the Green Lake County Board of Supervisors.
