The following statutes defining offenses against
the peace and good order of the state are adopted by reference to
define offenses against the peace and good order of the County, provided
the penalty for commission of such offenses hereunder shall be limited
to a forfeiture and costs imposed as set forth below. Any future amendments,
revisions or modifications of the statutes incorporated herein by
reference are intended to be made part of this Code.

Any person who shall violate any provisions
of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, forfeit not less than
$25 nor more than $1,000, together with the cost of prosecution and
court costs and fees.
