A.
Hamblin Park shall be open for public use from 7:00
A.M. until 11:00 P.M. Such hours may be extended for groups upon obtaining
prior written approval from the recreation director.
B.
Such park shall be closed from 11:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M., and all persons shall depart from such park before 11:00 P.M. and remain out until such park reopens as provided in subsection A of this section.
C.
Whoever enters into or upon such park during the hours
when such park is closed, or who, being upon the land or premises
of such park at the time of closing, shall thereafter neglect or refuse
to depart therefrom, shall be guilty of criminal trespass and, upon
conviction, shall be fined not more than seven hundred fifty dollars.

Sulphur Creek Reservoir Day Use Area shall be open
for public use from 5:00 A.M. until 11:00 P.M. Said Day Use Area shall
be closed to public use from 11:00 P.M. to 5:00 A.M. and all persons
shall depart from the Day Use Area before 11:00 P.M. and remain out
of the Day Use Area until it reopens.
B.
There shall be no overnight camping at the Sulphur
Creek Reservoir Day Use Area unless a special permit is obtained from
the Evanston Parks and Recreation District.
C.
Whoever enters into or upon the Sulphur Creek Reservoir Day Area during the hours when such area is closed, or who, being upon the lands or premises of such Day Use Area at the time of closing, and shall thereafter neglect or refuse to depart therefrom, shall be guilty of criminal trespass, a misdemeanor, and upon conviction, shall be punished as set forth in Section 1-5 of the City code.

A.
The governing body may by resolution set forth and establish the
hours in which a City park shall be open for public use, except for
those parks where the hours have been established by ordinance.
B.
In the event of an emergency or law enforcement need, the Mayor shall
have, for all of the City parks, the authority to establish or modify
the hours in which the park shall be open to the public, for a period
not to exceed 30 days.
