VOTED: That Selectmen be instructed to appoint during the month of December, a Committee of 15 persons to submit to the Annual March Meeting in 1936 estimates of appropriations to be made for that year, and that no person entrusted with control of expenditures of Town funds be eligible to appoint on such Committee.

VOTED: That whenever the Warrant for any Town Meeting contains an article or articles under which an appropriation of money or expenditure of money may be made, such article or articles shall be considered by the Committee of 15 and its recommendations reported to such Meeting. Said Committee of 15 shall be appointed annually by the Selectmen within 14 days after the Annual Town Meeting with power to fill vacancies as they may occur, and shall be subject at all times to call of the Selectmen for advisory purposes.
