[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Alderman of the City of Derby 9-23-1976
as Ch. 15 of the Charter and Revised Ordinances. Amendments noted where applicable.]
No person shall engage in the business of a junk dealer as defined in
Connecticut General Statutes, Section 21-9, without first obtaining a license
therefor from the City Clerk.
The fee for the privilege of carrying on such business shall be $10
per annum for each vehicle used in the junk business.
Such license shall be carried on the person of the licensee while engaged
in such business.
