City of College Park, MD Article VII Nonresident Parking Permits

§ 184-43 Nonresident permits authorized by the Motor Vehicle Administration.

Pursuant to the authority contained in § 13-402.1(e) of the Transportation Article of the Maryland Code and the designation by the Motor Vehicle Administration of the City of College Park as an agent for the issuance of nonresident permits, the city and its Department of Public Services shall act as issuing agent for said permits under the provisions of § 13-402.1(e).

§ 184-44 Parking by vehicles not in compliance with Maryland State vehicle registration laws.

Except as provided in § 125-10 of the City Code, it shall be unlawful to park an automobile or motor vehicle at any place in the city unless such vehicle is in compliance with the vehicle registration or nonresident permit requirements of § 13-402.1 of the Transportation Article of the Maryland Code. Enforcement for violation of the provisions of this section shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures specified in § 184-16B, C and D of the City Code.
