Defendants in Municipal Court for the Township of Franklin who apply
for representation by the Municipal Public Defender shall pay an application
fee of not more than $200.
The Municipal Court Judge may waive, in whole or in part, the application
fee, if the Court determines in its own discretion that any application fee
or part thereof represents an unreasonable burden on the person seeking said
representation. If such waiver is granted, the reasoning therefor shall be
placed upon the record of the Court.
