All provisions of this chapter shall be applicable to the licensing of a junkyard or dump pursuant to the provisions of § 97-69C of the Code of the Town of Goshen,[1] and the license referred to therein shall mean the permits which
the Town Board is authorized to issue pursuant to this chapter.
