Weight limits are hereby established in the
amounts and upon the following roads located within the Town of Goshen,
and said weight limits shall be posted accordingly, allowing for local
delivery:

Any person, firm or corporation who or which
violates the provisions of this article shall be subject to a fine
of not less than $100 for the first offense and not more than $500
for each subsequent offense.
