A. 
Permitted uses. All uses listed in the use table below[1] shall be permitted in each zoning district the use is listed as a permissible use (X) for that district, provided that all other applicable requirements of this Code are met. Multiple principal uses shall be permitted on a single lot, provided the dimensional requirements of this chapter are met.

B. 
Nonpermitted uses. Any use not listed in the following table is deemed prohibited unless such principal or accessory uses are expressly permitted elsewhere by this chapter. Any use which is not permitted in a given zoning district, or which is not an accessory use to such a permitted use, shall be deemed prohibited in that zoning district unless a use variance has been granted in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
C. 
Permitted accessory uses. An accessory use shall be permitted if the use to which it is accessory is a lawful use pursuant to the provisions of this chapter and for which a permit has been issued, so long as said accessory use or structure does not result in or exacerbate any violation of the provisions of this chapter. All uses permitted for each district shall be permitted as accessory uses, provided the combination of uses shall meet all of the other provisions of this chapter.
