It shall be unlawful for any person to possess
or consume any alcoholic beverage in any public place in the Township
of Carneys Point.
It shall be unlawful for any person to possess
or consume any alcoholic beverage in any motor vehicle on any public
highway, avenue, road, street or alley in the Township of Carneys
Point.
Unless otherwise provided by Title 33 of the
New Jersey Statutes Annotated, a violation of this article shall be
punishable, upon conviction thereof by the Judge, by a fine not exceeding
$1,000 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days, or both.
