Township of Carneys Point, NJ Chapter 160 Public Records

§ 160-1 General fee.

Except for the documents described in §§ 160-2, 160-3 and 160-4 of this chapter, the rates to be charged to persons requesting copies of government documents from Carneys Point Township shall be those rates authorized by N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.

§ 160-2 Oversized documents.

If a person requests copies of documents larger than 11 inches by 17 inches in size up to 24 inches by 36 inches in size, the requestor shall be charged $3.50 per page plus $15 per order.

§ 160-3 Oversized documents.

If a person requests copies of documents larger than 24 inches by 36 inches in size up to 36 inches by 48 inches in size, the requestor shall be charged $6.50 per page plus $15 per order.

§ 160-4 Conversion of records.

If a person requests the conversion of a paper record to an electronic form, the requestor shall be charged $2 per compact disc or three-and-one-half-inch disk plus a special service charge of $15 per hour if the record can be copied within Township offices. If a person requests records in a medium other than the medium in which the Township routinely stores said records and the Township does not have the technical capacity to fulfill the request, the requestor shall be charged a special service charge of $20 per hour for any and all work that must be performed outside of Township offices.
