No person shall park any vehicle at any time
upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule VIII,
which Schedule VIII is attached hereto and made a part of this chapter,
except that the restrictions stated in this section shall not apply
to handicapped persons who shall park a vehicle in the prohibited
zone, provided that a handicapped placard is displayed in the vehicle.

No person shall park any "truck," defined as
a vehicle of more than four tons in gross weight, at any time upon
any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule X, which
is attached hereto and made a part of this chapter.
