This chapter shall be known and referred to
as the "Administrative Code and Personnel Policy Ordinance."
For the purpose of this chapter, except as the
context may otherwise require, the following terms shall have the
following meanings:
An organization unit of the municipal government established
or designated by or pursuant to the Administrative Code and Personnel
Policy as a department or office.
Includes, but shall not be limited to, where same are applicable,
the Constitutions of the United States of America and of the State
of New Jersey, the United States Code, the New Jersey statutes, resolutions
of the Burlington County Board of Freeholders, ordinances and resolutions
of the Township of Cinnaminson, rules and regulations of administrative
agencies, etc.
The Township of Cinnaminson in the County of Burlington and
State of New Jersey.
Any and all ordinances of the Township of Cinnaminson.
The governing body of the Township of Cinnaminson.
Each and every municipal department, office,
board, employee, etc., mentioned herein shall perform each and every
duty specified herein and the duties specified elsewhere by law, in
accordance with the requirements of law.
