Township of Cinnaminson, NJ Chapter 509 Vehicles on Private and Semipublic Property

§ 509-1 Statutory authority.

Subtitle 1, Motor Vehicle and Traffic Laws, of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of the State of New Jersey is hereby made applicable to certain private or semipublic roads, streets, driveways, parkways, parking areas, lots and yards (hereinafter identified) open to the public or to which the public is invited in order to more properly regulate and control the vehicular and pedestrian traffic.

§ 509-2 Locations where applicable. [1]

The locations to which this ordinance applies are as follows:

A. The Wine Cellar, Branch Pike.

B. Colonial Square Shopping Center, Branch Pike and Route No. 130.

C. Cinnaminson Mall, Route No. 130.

D. Pep Boys Plaza, Route No. 130 and Church Road.

E. Outlet Market Place, Route No. 130.

F. Bo's Wok, Route No. 130.

G. Main Line II Stores, Route No. 130.

H. Main Line Shopping Center, Route No. 130 and Willow Drive.

I. Market Place at Cinnaminson, Route No. 130 and Andover Road.

§ 509-3 Enforcement.

The provisions of Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the New Jersey Revised Statutes made applicable to the locations listed above shall be enforced by the Police Department of the Township of Cinnaminson.
