There be and hereby is created in the Borough
of Collingswood the position of Chief Financial Officer.
The duties of the Chief Financial Officer shall
include those set forth under N.J.S.A. 52:27BB-26 et seq. and those
set forth under N.J.S.A. 40A:9-140.1 et seq., as amended.

The term of such position shall be for a four-year
period, commencing January 1 of each year, commencing January 1, 1990.
