The following items shall have the meanings indicated and shall be recognized as forms of solid waste in accordance with this chapter:
Large items of solid waste, such as household appliances, furniture, large auto parts, trees, branches and other oversized items, whose size precludes or complicates handling by normal collection.
Solid waste generated by stores, offices and other activities that do not actually turn out a product.
Solid waste that results from industrial processes and manufacturing.
Solid waste originating from religious, educational, health care and research facilities, from parks, playgrounds and pools and from public buildings, including the Borough buildings and structures.
Solid waste from an agricultural, commercial, industrial or institutional agency, or a building or group of buildings consisting of five or more dwellings.
Solid waste that normally originates in a residential environment.
A general term for solid waste, excluding food waste and ashes taken from residences, commercial establishments and institutions.
