From and after the passage of this article,
it shall be unlawful for any person or persons to build or construct
any driveway or passageway upon, over or through any of the sidewalks
on either side of Haddon Avenue, between Collings Avenue and Fern
Avenue within said Borough of Collingswood.

Any person or persons violating any of the provisions
of this article shall be subject to a fine of not more than $1,000,
imprisonment in the county jail for a period not to exceed 90 days
or a period of community service for not more than 90 days, or any
combination thereof.
