The purpose of this article is to permit the
Tax Collector to hold tax sales in the current fiscal year, pursuant
to P.L. 1997, c. 99.
The Tax Collector of the Borough of Collingswood
shall be permitted to enforce tax liens by conducting tax sales in
the current fiscal year, provided that any sale is conducted no earlier
than in the last month of the fiscal year, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 54:5-19.
