Any person, corporation or partnership desiring that the Police Department of the Town of Dover perform certain services involving the production of copies of records, copies of photographs, the searching of records or the performing of services by the Town of Dover Police Department shall pay the following fees:
A. 
Copies of police reports:
(1) 
From one page to the tenth page, at the rate of $0.50 per page.
(2) 
From the eleventh page to the twentieth page, at the rate of $0.25 per page.
(3) 
All pages over the twentieth page, at the rate of $0.10 per page.
B. 
Letters indicating result of a record check: $5.
C. 
Fingerprinting fee for purpose other than firearms purchase applications: $5.
D. 
The fee for fingerprinting for firearms purchase applications and for applications for a permit to carry firearms shall be as fixed by statute.
E. 
Copies of photographs: $3.
F. 
Fee for processing applications for soliciting, peddling or vending: $5.
G. 
Photographs of taxi license applicants (two each): $5.
The aforesaid fees shall not be charged to any of the following persons or for any of the following circumstances:
A. 
Any municipal, county, state or federal agency.
B. 
Any bona fide religious or charitable organization.
Copies may be obtained and reports may be reviewed from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, at the Dover police headquarters. Copies may be obtained by mail, if request is accompanied by prepayment of fees.
A receipt shall be issued for all money received by the Dover Police Department for services extended and material provided by said Police Department as hereinabove set forth. All fees are to be transmitted to the Town Treasurer.
