The Medical Reimbursement Plan attached hereto and made a part hereof as Schedule A, the Flexible Benefits Plan attached hereto and made a part hereof as Schedule B and the Dependent Care Assistance Plan attached hereto and made a part hereof as Schedule C be and they are hereby adopted in their entirety as a "Cafeteria Plan" for the Borough of Fair Lawn.[1]

The Chief Financial Officer shall be the plan administrator for each plan unless and until the Borough designates another entity, be it a Borough employee or an independent contractor, with respect to same.
