Any resident without Medicare Part B shall pay
to the Borough a fee equal to the amount reimbursed by Medicare, rounded
to the nearest dollar.

Any nonresident of the Borough of Fair Lawn
shall pay to the Borough a fee of $20, with the exception that any
individual employed within the Borough of Fair Lawn shall not have
to pay any additional fee for any educational program or screening.
