Before constructing a concrete curb, sidewalk or apron, application shall first be made, in writing, for a permit from the Code Enforcement Officer, which permit shall specify the lot and block in front of which the work is to be done, the name and address of the owner of the property, the name and address of the person performing the work, and, if premixed concrete is used, the name and address of the person furnishing the same. The application shall be accompanied by any inspection or other fees required. The fee shall be as set from time to time by resolution of the Borough Council.
