Pursuant to the authority granted to this municipality
by N.J.S.A. 39:4-197, the locations described below are hereby designated
as restricted parking spaces for use by persons who have been issued
special vehicle identification cards by the Division of Motor Vehicles.
No other person shall be permitted to park in these spaces.
In accordance with the provisions of § 232-41, no vehicle shall be parked at the following locations without a special vehicle identification card:
