There shall be a Department of Water and Sewer,
the head of which shall be the Business Administrator. The Department
shall have the following responsibilities and duties:
A.
To maintain and operate the municipality's sewerage,
pumping and treatment works.
B.
To maintain and operate the municipality's waterworks.
C.
To maintain, repair, clean and keep in operation the
municipality's waterlines and mains and sanitary sewer lines and mains.
D.
To perform such other functions and duties within
the Department as may be necessary and required by the Business Administrator.
